Terms of Use
These terms form the legal agreement between you and GBL Solutions N.V., the operator of wildtokyo.com. Reading them matters because the moment you register, they bind you.
The operator and the licence
Wild Tokyo Casino is owned and operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao. All gaming services are provided under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The English version of these terms is the authoritative text. Any translation exists for information only, and if the two versions disagree, English wins.
Wild Tokyo does not hold an Australian gaming licence. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits Australian-licensed operators from offering interactive casino games to Australian residents, and Wild Tokyo operates offshore. Access from Australia is at your own initiative, and you play outside the National Consumer Protection Framework.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction. Anyone under eighteen who registers has their deposits and winnings forfeited to the regulator. That is not a threat, it is a compliance obligation we cannot waive.
One account per person, family, household address, email, phone number, IP address, or unique device. Duplicate accounts are closed without notice. Any bonuses, free spins, and winnings tied to duplicate accounts are cancelled, and deposits from duplicates can be confiscated across any linked account we identify.
Account verification
KYC is triggered after your first withdrawal request or earlier at the Risk Department’s discretion. You are given thirty calendar days from the request to submit documents. Miss the deadline and your winnings are forfeited and your account closed permanently. The document processing window is up to three business days after we receive a complete package. KYC operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3.
Required documents include a colour copy of a valid passport or driver licence, a colour copy of both sides of the payment card used, with middle six digits and CVV covered, a screenshot of any e-wallet used, a bank statement showing account number, IBAN, BIC and full address, a utility bill no older than three months, and on request a selfie holding your ID. Video verification may be required in higher-risk cases. Skip the video call and we can cancel all winnings and close the account.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are made through licensed payment providers using instruments in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited. Cash is not accepted.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must place real-money bets equal to at least three times your deposit amount. This is our anti-money-laundering wagering rule, and it applies to every deposit regardless of bonus involvement. Fail the rule and Finance can either refuse the payout or apply a penalty of up to ten per cent of the withdrawal, taken from your real balance.
Withdrawals default to the payment channel used for the deposit. First-time withdrawals may be routed through direct bank transfer to complete KYC checks. You can have up to three simultaneous withdrawal requests open. Payouts above 2,000 EUR in twenty-four hours, or 2,300 EUR cumulative before full verification, are not processed until KYC is complete.
Withdrawal limits scale by loyalty level. Levels 1–2 sit at AU$800 per transaction and per day, AU$13,000 per month. Levels 7–8 reach AU$1,700 per transaction and AU$40,000 per month. The full grid is published on the site.
Bonuses
Only one bonus per person, household, or device. The maximum bet with an active bonus is AU$8 per spin or round, and this cap includes Bonus Buy features. Bonus codes must be applied within forty-eight hours of the qualifying deposit. Activated bonuses live for five days, after which unused bonus funds and any winnings from them expire.
Cash-out limits on bonus winnings are strict. No-deposit welcome bonuses cap out at AU$80. Loyalty-related bonuses cap at AU$170. Tournament, Shop, and level-reward bonuses cap at AU$800. Anything above these limits is written off when the payout is approved.
Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels the bonus and its winnings in full. You cannot activate a new bonus while a withdrawal is pending.
Prohibited play
Using bots, AI-assisted play, collusion with other players, or any exploit designed to guarantee wagering completion is grounds for account closure and balance forfeiture. Delaying free spin completion until after your wagering clears, or grinding bonus features on bonus funds and cashing them out on real money after the bonus ends, both count as exploit play.
Chargebacks
Chargeback requests trigger an account freeze while we verify identity and payment method ownership. Each verification email we send during a chargeback carries a 50 EUR fee, deducted from the disputed amount. If you disappear during the process for six months, we can take the remaining balance in our favour.
Dormant accounts
An account is dormant after six months of no real-money betting activity. From the following month, we charge a 10 EUR (or AUD equivalent) maintenance fee on the first of each month until you resume play or the balance hits zero. Bonuses on dormant accounts are cancelled at the point of dormancy. Twelve months of inactivity allows us to close the account entirely and zero the balance.
Force majeure
Telecom outages, power failures, third-party equipment failures, fires, floods, extreme weather, strikes, terrorist acts, and government action release us from liability for delayed or missed obligations. Gaming can be suspended for the duration of the event.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any single dispute is limited to the amount held in your account at the time of the incident.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes go first to our customer support team, then to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board if unresolved. Australian consumer protection remedies are not available against offshore operators in most practical scenarios.
Changes
We can amend these terms at any time. Material changes are notified through your account or by email. Continued use after notification counts as acceptance.
